Lincat introduce 2 new high capacity bratt pans to portfolio.

The new additions include two 81-litre models, one gas and one electric, which will be added to Lincat’s Phoenix range. The electric bratt pan, PHEBP80, delivers 10 kW of power via incoloy alloy elements. The gas model, PHGBP80, delivers 20 kW of power from stainless steel tube burners, and convenient pilot ignition.

Helen Applewhite, Marketing Manager for Lincat brands, said:
“The Phoenix bratt pans are perfect for public sector applications such as schools, colleges, hospitals and MOD, as well as centralised production units, and hotels. When used in conjunction with Lincat Combi Ovens, the PHEBP80 and PHGBP80 can provide solutions to a wide range of bulk and batch cooking needs, for a full bulk cooking solution from a single supplier.”

Designed to solve cooking needs even at high temperatures, the tilting bratt pans are designed to meet the daily needs of high demand kitchens. The wide temperature range of 45°C to 295°C offers maximum flexibility for a variety of dishes, from slow braising to shallow frying. The AISI 304 grade stainless steel pan ensures uniform heat distribution, even when cooking at the highest temperatures.

With a robust 12mm thick base, the pan is built to withstand the rigours of a busy kitchen. Both models also feature manual operated tilting, controlled by the front-mounted handle, ensuring a smooth tilting action, and benefit from a large pouring spout to prevent spillages.

As with other products in the Phoenix range, the PHEBP80 and PHGBP80 offer users power and performance, at a cost-effective price point, and are supplied with a comprehensive two-year parts and labour warranty.

The Phoenix Bratt pans are now available to purchase from Lincat.
