Warewasher manufacturer Meiko will be using its stand at Milan-based trade show Host to demonstrate its Smart Label-winning bottle washing system.
From 22-26 October, hall 7’s stand A29-B30 will be the scene for learning about products including the new system, which can enable the M-iClean U undercounter machine to clean 16 bottles simultaneously.
The bottle washing system is one of the recipients of Host’s Smart Label award for innovation at this year’s show. The accolade is judged, in cooperation with POLI.design, by a jury consisting of professors from Milan Polytechnic and experts from the industry.
The German specialist for professional warewashing and food waste treatment systems will demonstrate a complete cycle at the stand: during live cooking, food will be served in reusable dishes. Leftovers will be processed sustainably and the dishes are washed at the end. Planning experts will demonstrate efficient planning that takes into account the highest level of hygiene safety.
Special innovation highlights will include the new M-iQ series flight type dishwasher, designed to be efficient and the Meiko Clean Solution Circle which involves more than ‘just washing’.
For those who are unable to attend the Host in person, Meiko will also be streaming 40 minutes live directly from the stand on the opening day.
